Me and some crazy guys from Lead Adventure Forum finally decided to play a Gloire adventure (a rules book to play musketiers). Because we had lots of painted pirates and no painted musketiers we had to play the addition of Gloire, the "Under The Black Flag" supplement, a book written by Pete Murray who is by the way a good guy (believe me) and you should to give it a go and buy his rules and you'll be able to play some really funny games.
OK, it was friday afternoon, I was really really tired after a half day of working and then five hours in my car and I can't really remember what was the background story. Actually it's always the same, some pirates are going to get some treasures and they are the bad guys. And there are some good guys, namely the Royal Marines, they do want the treasures as well but they do pretend to hunt pirates. That's all. Never forget, it is a very mean world out there..
In case you'd like to know who had won...I'll tell you. The bad guys have won, the pirates. Not good. Why? I've played the Royal Navy and that's why it's a bad thing. Enjoy the pictures ;-)
