Dont know why but I love barbarians and love my occasional barbarian painting times. Something on barbarism hooked me long time ago and that's not muscles :-) Rather the way of life the guys lead, way of life that stands for freedom. Freedom to live as one likes to live. The man and the beast, two halves of the self, just are one. Do you know what I'm trying to say? Not really? Read Howard's Conan. You'll find out that.

Conan comics had some influence on my painting schedule...i'm going to paint a small barbarian adventurer troop. Conan&Co. Not as an addittion to the norsemen, just a skirmish group (no snow bases!!!), i've heard it will be soon a Conan tabletop game...today a conversion from a BTD barbarian and a little 25mm Ral-Partha bear. To be honeslty, I#m not sure if the conversion looks good. No matter, he's painted :)
